Pecheles Automotive's Greenville campus continues to GROW! We are seeking a dedicated self-starter to join our Award-Winning Team as an Assistant Service Advisor.

This entry-level support role will handle customer special orders, managing fleet, as well as filling external and internal orders, maintaining cleanliness and safety in customer areas, including the lot. Additionally, Assistant Service Advisor provides transportation to our valued customers and supports the entire business as needed.

Must be able to safely lift up to 75lbs, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, be comfortable using navigation/GPS, and have excellent time management skills.

This position requires excellent attendance and punctuality, as well as the flexibility to work a varying schedule between 7:30AM and 5:30PM, Monday thru Friday.

Our ideal candidate will grow with us and eventually promote to Full time Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Creates internal repair orders.
  • Handles customer special orders.
  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and elective service.
  • Keeps customer areas neat, tidy, and safe.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the vehicle lot.
  • Organize and schedule customer transportation needs, deliveries/pickups, and
    errands.
  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Support operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to safely lift up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods indoors & outdoors, all seasons.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
