Role Overview
As a Lab Technician at Lasso, you’ll play a hands-on role in our R&D lab, directly supporting the development of next-generation food products and breakthrough manufacturing technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, precision, and working cross-functionally to keep projects moving forward.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute established experiments across product and engineering teams by following standard procedures, collecting accurate data, and reporting results.
- Manage and maintain R&D inventories, including ingredients and consumables.
- Maintain and calibrate core analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee routine cleaning and maintenance of cooking and lab equipment.
- Help organize and maintain collaborative R&D spaces, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
