Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience tobothour internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound scripted calls with current and prospective service customers.

  • Respond to service leads, customer emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows.
  • Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special service campaigns.
  • Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Support service and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Uphold ethical standards while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

 Qualifications

  • Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred (but not required—we welcome driven individuals with a passion to succeed).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, coachable, and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with solid PC and internet skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
