Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily accounts receivable processing
- Process invoices/settlements for customers
- Monitor past-due customers through soft collections
- Process relevant month-end documentation, including transactions related to reconciliations to the general ledger, cash receipts, and unapplied cash
- Maintain daily cash reports for all bank accounts
- Preparing and distributing a weekly open accounts receivable report with collection notes to senior management
- Prepare and send monthly statements
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of experience within the Accounting field preferred
- Previous experience in customer billing with an ERP system, a plus
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research, and resolution skills
- Maintain effective communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proven Customer service skills
