Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Verify data into inventory through receivers prior to finalizing and following Inventory Functions:

• Exciting opportunity to be involved in all the office functions within our small team!
• Training will be provided for the candidate to have a rounded understanding of all processes.
• Candidate will work within small office team to interface with all departments including quality, manufacturing, scheduling, purchasing, and sales.
• Ideally this person will back up multiple positions from time to time assisting the team where needed.
• The various processes would include reviewing or entering paperwork such as the bill of lading, manufacturing production, invoicing, receiving information, and other as needed.
• Review and adjust Inventory material, Scrap material, warehouse locations and changes, cost changes, and others as needed.
• Cross trained to perform other related duties as assigned within the office.
