Summary
As an integral part of the Creative Content and Marketing team, the Fashion Styling Coordinator will play a key role in providing support for all aspects of our fashion styling initiatives including sample management, sample trafficking, and tracking, outfit builds, and photo shoot support for campaign initiative and ecommerce day-to-day.

- Utilize an understanding of the Buckle image, philosophy, and goals to promote that image to Guests and Teammates.
- Assist in coordinating samples and maintain organization of photoshoot room and studio.
- Prep incoming samples and work with the Manager of Fashion Styling to prioritize production timelines
- Assist with the preparation and selection of product for content and studio requests
- Organize and manage product and samples for studio ecommerce stylists.
- Assist stylists in cataloging and shipping merch
- Communicate between the studio and Women’s and/or Men’s Buying team on sample deadlines and requests.
- Refer to product cancel dates on shot products to ensure the assets are useable as planned.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years of related fashion experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in a studio or office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
