About the role:

The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Quality Assurance Specialist serves a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and compliance of revenue cycle processes.  In this role, you will assist in the monitoring of quality assurance initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and process improvements with the revenue cycle department.  This can include: billing, claims processing and collections.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess areas of risk, conduct account reviews and develop reports of findings.
• Assist in the development of processes and protocols to optimize performance and ensure compliance.   

As a Revenue Cycle Management Quality Assurance Specialist, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related fields (preferred)
• 1+ year of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare setting
• 1+ year of quality assurance, auditing, compliance, and/or process improvement in a healthcare setting
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
