What You’ll Do 

• Implement, support, and upgrade applications (including Epic), ensuring accurate setup of new providers, staff, and system updates.
• Train and support clinical staff, practice managers, and directors to improve workflows, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, RCM, and other departments to resolve work queues, analyze trends, and provide targeted training.
• Conduct needs analyses, design workflows, build system forms, perform audits, and ensure compliance with reporting and security standards.
• Develop documentation, generate reports, present project updates, and provide on-call and site-based support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Possess current license in Health care field, if licensed (ie. RN, LPN, MA).
  Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a clinical environment to include at least two (2) years utilizing an electronic medical record.
• Experience in health care field (will consider various experiences in clinical settings.
• 2 year / Associate Degree or 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Information Systems Technology, or Healthcare discipline (Nursing Preferred)
