Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs for our MedTech division. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our salesforce is empowered with the skills, knowledge, and resources to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to identify skills gaps and develop scalable, targeted training programs.
- Training Program Development: Create and maintain training materials (presentations, simulations, e-learning modules) tailored to specific product lines and roles.
- Training Delivery: Manage logistics and facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, applying adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques.
- Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate training effectiveness; provide feedback for ongoing coaching and program refinement.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership, marketing, and other stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on MedTech and Education industry trends, new technologies, and competitor landscapes.
- Content Compliance: Ensure training materials are current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements, in partnership with Marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Science, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 8+ years of MedTech industry experience, including formal quota-carrying, customer-facing roles
- 2+ years of MedTech education and development experience, including the design and deployment of division-level training solutions
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and influence
- In-person and virtual public speaking/facilitation experience
- Understanding of adult learning theories
- Sales experience, preferably in MedTech
- Experience coaching sales reps and managers
Preferred Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Master’s degree in Business, HR, Science, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Understanding of basic web design and user experience principles
- Instructional design and asynchronous learning experience
- Coaching certification or demonstrated excellence in coaching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in instructional design and facilitation
- In-depth knowledge of the Medical Technology industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust training programs
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits:
- The annualized base salary range for this role is $114,300–$190,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
