Role Summary
As Lounge Support Staff, you’re the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps the lounge running smooth and sharp. You anticipate needs, move with precision, and elevate the guest experience through speed, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Whether you're stocking the bar, running plates, or clearing tables, you’re always in sync with the rhythm of the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep bar stations stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
- Assist bartenders during service with prep, restock, and cleanup
- Deliver food and drinks swiftly and accurately from the kitchen/bar to guests
- Maintain clean and organized lounge areas, including tables, floors, and service stations
- Clear and reset tables with speed and discretion
- Return glassware and dishes to the dish station and assist with back-of-house flow.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Stay alert to guest needs and support the team in creating a polished, high-energy environment.
