 Position Summary

Crow Holdings Renewables (“CHR”) seeks an experienced Consultant to join our team on a 6+ month engagement to help drive Community Solar and other Distributed Generation (“DG”) acquisitions. This role is focused primarily on sourcing opportunities and working with the CHR team on transaction execution from due diligence through to contract negotiations and closing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CHR team to source acquisition opportunities of Community Solar and DG projects, primarily in CHR’s core markets of IL and MD, as well as other established Community Solar markets
  • Assist with project and portfolio financial modeling, including scenario analysis and structured financing
  • Support negotiations of key commercial and transaction documents
  • Prepare materials for leadership and investment committee reviews

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Track record of sourcing and closing community solar acquisitions (100MW+) and existing relationships with small to mid-sized Community Solar developers and EPCs.
  • Familiarity with IL, MD, NY, MA Community Solar programs.
  • Ability to assist with complex diligence processes and negotiations
  • Flexible and proactive — able to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
