The Role

The Vice President of Systems will lead the strategy, implementation, and management of the platforms that power LV Collective Management. From Entrata buildout and optimization to ticketing oversight and enterprise integrations, this role ensures our technology backbone is secure, efficient, and built to scale.

You’ll set the roadmap, establish best practices, and lead a growing department. It’s a role that demands both strategic vision and operational execution, big-picture planning alongside day-to-day problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term systems strategy for LV Collective Management.
• Oversee the buildout, configuration, and optimization of Entrata.
• Lead the systems ticketing process, tracking, resolving, and analyzing support requests to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure integrations between Entrata and other platforms function seamlessly and support business objectives.
• Establish clear SOPs, training resources, and best practices for system use across departments.
• Maintain secure and compliant infrastructure.
• Partner with Operations, Leasing, Accounting, and Development leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing Systems & IT team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, Systems, or Technology Operations (real estate or multifamily background strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise with Entrata and Entrata products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integration and support structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both strategy and execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
