Job Summary:

 The Sr. Private Banker is responsible for building a quality loan portfolio and revenue and deposit growth through joint calling with internal business partners and independent outreach as well as through the retention and expansion of existing relationships. This role serves as lead relationship manager for professional practitioners, business owners, and (executive) management team members and supports the entire member relationship by referring all relevant Wings products and services.

Essential Functions:

• Source new opportunities using strong networking and business development skills
• Participate in joint-calling efforts with the Business Development, Commercial, and Treasury Management teams to establish relationships with member business leaders
• Provide a member experience focused on the entire relationship 
• Proactively manage existing portfolio to uncover and recommend additional solutions based on member need
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal support teams to deliver an outstanding member experience
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures and regulatory guidance, stay abreast of new and updated regulations
• Achieve or exceed all loan, deposit, and revenue growth goals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7-10 years of relevant lending and business development experience
• CFP ®, CWS ®, ChFC ® desired
• Required to obtain or possess a Mortgage Loan originator (“MLO”) unique qualifier (NMLS registration number). Must have the ability to successfully complete all MLO Registry requirements, including passing background and credit checks and submitting to fingerprinting and to any other requirements of the rules enacted pursuant to the S.A.F.E. Act.
