Position: Warehouse / Shipping Associate – Stand-Up Reach Forklift 

Shift: M-Thursday 6am-4:30pm 

Overview:
 Tabco, an Inovar Packaging Group company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Shipping Associate with experience operating a stand-up reach forklift. This role is critical in ensuring accurate shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory control, stocking equipment, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, stock, and organize materials and equipment.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying product details and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Prep and package orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with company and carrier requirements.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift (required)
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related role preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, and material handling
• Exposure to moderate noise, inks, and chemicals
• PPE may be required depending on the task
