Area Sales Coordinator bei Auro Hotels

The beautiful AC Hotel Greenville and the Residence Inn/Springhill Suites Greenville are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking and energetic Area Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain information on hotel facilities to promote to guests and callers.
• Answer Sales phone lines using a clear and pleasant tone of voice using correct hotel sales verbiage. Actively listen to callers, responding to their requests in a timely manner.
• Take personal ownership of each call and anticipate the caller’s needs to create the ultimate Guest Experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding availability, guestroom types and accommodations, room rates, hotel facilities, and services, local attractions/events, transportation to and from the hotel, etc.
• Operate reservations computer system. Initiate and retrieve printed reports from computer printers.
• Adhere to all policies related to reservation operations, including the proper handling of room blocks, closed-out periods, rate quotations, etc.
• Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments while working closely with the sales department and management.
• Assisting Sales Department as needed.
• Completes all training as assigned.
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times. 
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
