Job Overview

Responsible for sourcing high value deposit relationships by identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash mgmt. products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective business banking clients; ensuring the division’s compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside NUCA regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff; providing periodic report to Business Banking Operations Manager and Head of Business Banking.

• Performs a variety of duties to sell and manage cash management services as follows:
• Sells and supports Cash Mgmt. products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
• Establishes/refers new deposit relationships, including municipalities, government, and corporate accts.
• Manages the Remote Deposit Capture (bRDC) process, policy and procedures for the division; completes appropriate documentation as needed to set up the bRDC service.
• Completes all required documentation to complete the setup of Cash Mgmt. services including ACH Originations, Online Wires, Payroll/Tax solutions, Positive Pay and complex merchant services.
• Assists in training and guidance for branch employees with regard to Cash Mgmt. services.
• Assists in Selling Merchant Services where needed (larger complex transactors – focus)
• Cross Sells Credit Union products and services to new and existing customers.
• Represents Citadel in the community and develops and promotes business banking services; makes regular business calls as required for audit and follow up.
• Works with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for cash mgmt. services for the division, provides input to these objectives.
• Participates in new products roll-outs to stay current with offered services. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years business deposit officer and/or cash management experience in Business Banking with exposure to complex business, government, and corporate account opening and related services.
• Previous Cash Management sales and operations experience strongly preferred

• Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services, with some exposure to cash mgmt. products, remote deposit capture and online banking
• Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedure
• Visual and auditory skills
• Valid driver's license
