Your Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing fun and effective treatment plans
- Support our residents in their exercises and therapeutic activities
- Encourage and educate patients on techniques for their care
- Track and celebrate patients' progress
- Help with equipment setup and maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Collaborate with our wonderful healthcare team to provide the best care
Requirements
- A degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Team player who loves to collaborate and support others
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing patient documentation
