Middle School Spanish Whole Language/Immersion Teacher (6-8) bei Pine Lake Preparatory, Inc.

Pine Lake Preparatory, a North Carolina top-rated school, is seeking an engaging and

innovative Spanish Teacher. The Spanish Teacher must be a native Spanish speaker and should be motivated, dynamic, and organized, with the ability to work in diverse teams. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Provide high quality Spanish Language instruction for children in grade 6-8 
• Plan, prepare and deliver appropriate lessons using a variety of presentation methods to keep students engaged.
• Maintain records and communicate student progress and development
• Create and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes good behavior and adheres to PLP Code of Conduct
• Work collaboratively with department members and share excitement for language learning and a Spanish immersion experience

The candidate will be required to uphold standards set by the NC Department of Public

Instruction. Desirable applicants will hold a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally

accredited college or university.  Experience teaching Middle School is preferred.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
