We are seeking a PART TIME MORNING WEEKEND role as Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living facility.
Schedule includes an every other week-end and alternate holiday. 16 hrs per two-week pay period.

About our community
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities:
The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help esure their dignity and quality of life. Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfering, giving medications and feeding.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation in English. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis.
- Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs.
- Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds frequently.
