Location: Audere Apartments; Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required

Salary: $71,000-$73,000, based on certifications and experience

Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in market rate, multi-family property management, with proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in property management software (Yardi a plus).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Physical ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.).
  • CAM or CPM certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local job-related travel.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends, as needed.

Audere Apartments is seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manger to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our 220-unit luxury apartment community. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a team that values integrity, excellence, and service.


What You’ll Do


As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management and success of the community. Your role will involve:

  • Leading and developing onsite staff across leasing, maintenance, and customer service functions.
  • Driving resident satisfaction and retention by cultivating a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
  • Managing marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy, and rent collection.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Promoting a team culture that motivates performance and professional growth.
