About the role
Our salespeople play a critical role in providing technology and solutions to some of the world’s leading organizations, helping to address their business needs and objectives while generating revenue and growth for the company. Working in sales, you’ll be part of a high-performing, proactive team that helps our customers Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation and provide solutions that help them change the world.  

 

Our 2-year Sales Associate Program, starting in July 2026, offers you a structured development path with access to some of the industry's best training, and a platform to accelerate your career in sales. You’ll learn how to effectively execute the full sales cycle and develop the essential skills and business acumen to build long-term relationships with our world-renowned customers, enabling you to become one of our highly regarded, world-class sales professionals, who are at the front and center of our business.

What you’ll be doing

  • 12-months (year 1) of in-depth and strategically designed training at our Norcross office which will provide you with everything you need to know about our Computacenter portfolio, sales methodologies, and important IT fundamentals for 
    your future role. This will also include aligned regional visits to implement theories learned.
  • Develop the fundamental sales skills required to become a high-performing salesperson through simulated sales activities, presentations, training, and 1:1 coaching. 
  • Obtain 12-months of on-the-job-experience in one of our key sales hubs across the country (year 2) and via customer deployments to apply your theoretical knowledge in the field. 
  • Participate in in-depth training on our technology, prospecting, how to pitch, and how to effectively present Computacenter’s products and services.
  • Engage with an experienced mentor and coach who will guide you throughout the program and into your career in IT Sales.
  • Support with sales campaigns, producing customer-facing documentation and developing your knowledge on our internal tools and processes. 
  • Drive your personal development by working to understand yourself, establishing your personal brand and strategic stakeholder engagement. 
  • Develop your sales skills with external industry recognized training & certifications


What you’ll need 

  • You’ll be legally eligible to work in the United States; with no visa sponsorship required.
  • You’ll have a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant corporate work experience.
  • You’ll have previous corporate sales experience and/or a sales internship (REQUIRED).
  • You’ll have an avid interest in technology and sales. 
  • You’ll be personable with the ability to communicate and build relationships. 
  • You’ll be hardworking and capable of managing multiple priorities. 
  • You’ll have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • You’ll have a growth mindset and be inquisitive. 
  • You’ll be comfortable working with numerical data.
