Position Summary:

This position involves managing various aspects of mortgage and commercial loan servicing, secondary marketing, and compliance within a financial institution. Responsibilities include managing rate locks, analyzing loan pipelines, reconciling accounts, and assisting with mortgage modifications and foreclosures. The role also involves compliance with government regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC, as well as other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize reports to manage rate locks, forward commitments, loan fallout, and delivery
• Analyze the loan pipeline and sure management is provided with accurate data.
• Use secondary marketing reports to create daily commitments to sell closed loans to Fannie Mae.
• Maintain and develop efficiencies within the secondary group and stay abreast of regulatory, technology, and system changes.
• Reconcile assigned mortgage and commercial GL accounts in accounting software
• Process and balance mortgage loan payments in the mortgage and accounting software.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
