Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and success of our direct partnership with employers who offer education and training benefits. This entry-level position plays a key role in day-to-day operations of the partnership life cycle. The Business Development Coordinator will support the entire partnership process, from identifying and researching qualified leads to maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams. Job Responsibilities:
Internal Coordination & Task Management 50%
● Maintain timelines and ensure timely execution of deliverables across partnership projects
● Coordinate internal meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up items
● Track routine partnership tasks such as dates, key deadlines, status, and deliverables
Partner Maintenance & Support 20%
● Assist in the ongoing maintenance o partner records and assets
● Help prepare partner-facing documents and materials as needed
● Support partner acquisition tasks during the prospecting phase
Communication & Systems Support 20%
● Support updates and task management in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp)
● Serve as a point of coordination between internal stakeholders for in-progress projects and provide clear status updates and next steps
Special Projects 10%
● Assist with research, process documentation, and reporting requests
● Provide backup support for ad hoc initiatives and marketing tasks
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Specific Experience: Professional experience in sales, marketing, project management, recruitment, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience
Specific Experience:
Professional experience in sales, marketing, project management, recruitment, or related field.

Additional Requirements:
Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure, but

Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed around peak enrollment seasons.
