We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our on-site team. Please note this position will operate out of our administrative office in Charlotte, NC.

The Business Analyst will identify business needs and serve as the bridge between clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. This professional translates business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring that system solutions align with organizational strategy and meet real-world workflow needs. The BA provides clear documentation, ensuring projects deliver measurable value.

Essential Functions: 

  • Interviews stakeholders, observes workflows, and captures business needs to ensure all parties understand project outcomes.
  • Analyzes, maps, and refines current processes to identify gaps, propose improvements, and reduce friction in areas like scheduling and clinical documentation.
  • Works with technical teams to translate front-line needs into appropriate system configurations, workflows, and enhancements.
  • Translates data into actionable insights using reporting tools to support organizational goals.
  • Triages and structures requests from end-users based on organizational impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinates and validates system changes to ensure they work as intended before go-live.
  • Supports user adoption, training, and tracks post-implementation outcomes to ensure the sustainability of new processes.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field , or relevant experience 
  • Experience with workflow analysis and process mapping.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, including clinical and revenue cycle workflows.· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Epic module certifications (e.g., Ambulatory, OpTime, Radiant, Cadence, Resolute) are highly preferred.
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • An understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
