Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting in the Medical Laboratory at Fairbanks Urology. They test and analyze body fluids such as blood, urine and tissue samples. They will operate laboratory equipment, such as microscopes and automated cell counters, and use automated equipment that analyzes multiple samples at the same time. In addition, the lab technician records data from medical tests and enters results in to a patient's medical record. No prior experience in a lab is required.

- Assist the Laboratory Scientist with running samples and interpreting data
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience, preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $17.60 per hour - $26.46 per hour
