About the Role:

As a Residential Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, overseeing the daily operations of our residential homes and ensuring the highest quality of care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated direct support professionals, fostering an environment of empowerment, respect, and joy.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds; weight may vary depending on the location.
Must be able to push wheelchairs, use Hoyer lifts, bend, twist, and pick up objects with body and hands as needed.
Must be able to operate a vehicle in all weather conditions to take to the grocery store, doctors’ appointments, and other community activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in the field of DD is considered. At least two years of supervisory experience required.
Must exhibit knowledge of the concepts of empowerment and behavior management. Must become familiar with the standards as mandated by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
Must meet the agency's policy concerning criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
