As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team, this role sits in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment at Fidelity Investments! The Purpose of Your Role
Analysts will experience a generalist staffing model that exposes you to six Fidelity BU focus areas.
This role will: deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer perspectives into a broader business conversation, all while working collaboratively in a team setting.

The Value You Deliver
Analysts participate on an all-star team in support of solving Fidelity’s businesses and emerging initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with different levels of management within multiple businesses or functions to seek opportunities for innovation and growth
- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions
- Presenting solutions to Fidelity management and business leaders
- Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives
