Group Lead for Production Night Shift 6:00 pm - 6:00 am bei Technimark

1. Overall responsible for Inspector/Packer day-to-day activities and shift changes.
2. Maintain a safe work environment (via on-going training) and maintain the workplace clean and organized.
3. Device History Records (DHR): Prepare daily/next day Job Packets for production runs.
4. On-Going Communication of pertinent information, problems/issues, events, meetings, training.
5. Prepare and validate daily production labels. Responsible for sending partials and receiving End of Labels.
6. Schedule machine assignments, breaks, lunch, overtime, vacation, back-up coverage, and shutdown.
7. Support Inspector/Packers, as needed.
8. Set up, schedule, monitor and manage re-work.
9. Daily auditing of scales.
10. Receive daily dryer sheets in coordination with Material Handlers.
11. Send out Daily Rundown form to management.
12. Report on Production.
