We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team at Kidwell. This role primarily supports students in the Early Learning Hallway (PreK & Kindergarten) and the Life Skills Room, providing essential assistance to students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure the academic and social-emotional success of students. Your role will include providing individualized support in the classroom, assisting with behavior management, supporting transitions, and providing structured breaks when necessary.

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher in education, child development, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly in special education settings, is preferred but not required. Experience in early childhood education or working with children with diverse learning needs is a plus.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with physical tasks as needed, including helping students with mobility or positioning. May require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
