Engineering Project Coordinator bei X-Bow Systems

X-Bow Systems is growing quickly and has a new position we are looking to fill!

The Propellant Production Team is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator that thrives in a role that requires interfacing with a wide range of personalities and skillsets while owning tasks that will both unlock immediate blockers and improve processes in the future. Your experience falls into a number of bins: resource coordination, shipping/receiving/inventory, procurement, lab safety, technical writing, etc. This is a dynamic role that will grow in scope as the Team grows in 2026 and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Primary contributor to the Teams internal documentation/collaboration portal (Confluence)
• Coordinating team member availability/assignments across programs at the Luling site
• Managing documentation generation and revision cycles for procedures and policies
• Resolve issues identified as blockers in weekly standup meetings
• Interface with safety personnel on identifying and procuring appropriate team PPE
• Act as a central point of communication for team members and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and managing expectations.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of related professional experience - you know how a site works and how you add value.
• Strong track record of establishing relationships and trust within multi-disciplinary organizations.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and manage project schedules.
• Someone who thrives in startup environments: proactive, adaptable, and excited to figure things out.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Prior experience working in mechanical/industrial/chemical industries
