About Us
Therapitas is a bilingual outpatient rehabilitation clinic that offers occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy services to children in the Tulsa area. Our mission is to ensure that Spanish-speaking children have access to the same quality of therapy services as any other child. We are located in the Eastgate Metroplex.
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time bilingual patient services liaison to join our front desk team at our Tulsa office. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent communication skills, and a problem solver that enjoys finding innovative ways to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet our incoming patients, families, and guests
- Provide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluation
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Guide parents through intake/initial visit paperwork process
- Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt manner
- Assist in scheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc).
- Light housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic/waiting area
- Assist therapy team in their day to day activities as needed
- Ensure the timely completion of patient intakes and evaluation scheduling
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English is REQUIRED (experience with medical Spanish preferred)
- High School Diploma required;
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers.
- Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently without a high degree of oversight.
- Must have extensive computer experience and quickly acquire an understanding of changes in processes.
- Must be available to work M-F 8:00 am-6:15 pm with shift variation

- $14.00 - $16.00/hour depending on experience
