Job Title: HR Manager (Organization, Performance & Operational Efficiency)

Location: US (Wixom) or Canada (Windsor)

Job Type: Full time 

Department: Human Resources Minth North America

Reports to: HR Director, Minth North America 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance structural effectiveness, agility, and business growth support.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of performance management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and strong alignment with business goals.
  • Improve HR operational efficiency through process optimization, tool enhancement, and data-driven insights.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver solutions on organization design, talent review, and team effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor regulations and global corporate standards.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
  • Provide regular HR analytics and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  •  Contribute to building a strong corporate culture, fostering employee engagement and a sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in organizational development or performance management.
  • Solid knowledge of North American labor laws and HR compliance; prior experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for HR decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Proficiency in English required; 
  • Strong change management and project management capabilities with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
