Purpose of the Job:

The Sales Operations Analytics resource will be responsible for defining and implementing processes to

gather comprehensive sales operations data, ensuring access to necessary data sources. They will ana-

lyze this data to identify areas for improvement and support the coordination of sales optimization pro-

jects through advanced analytics. The role includes developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards

and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with stakeholders to create

effective dashboards and KPI cockpits using Power BI and PowerApps. Additionally, the resource will

coordinate digital initiative projects that enhance data accessibility and visualization, supporting end-to-

end sales processes and other sales-related topics.

Requirements


Education

Degree in engineering, logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or comparable degree


Work Experience

Minimum of 6 years professional experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization


Specific Knowledge/Skills:

Ø Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling within Power BI Ø Familiarity with data visualization best practices and user experience design principles Ø Working knowledge of UI/UX design to be able to implement interactive dashboards Ø Should be able to form good narrative (story telling) using their visualization capabilities Ø Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation Ø Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools Ø Experience with extracting data from Salesforce and SAP BW Ø High customer orientation with a focus on delivering quality solutions and an Analytical mind-set with strong business acumen Ø Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills: Ø Ability to work effectively in teams, both internally and with external stakeholders and manage timeline and deliverables Ø Experience with big data analytics or data modeling is advantageous
