The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator, Systems & Governance play a key role in shaping and refining our organizational documentation.
In this pivotal position, you’ll support the continuous improvement of our systems and processes, ensuring alignment with safety and environmental legislation, as well as ISO standards. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards and fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Review and reconfigure existing procedures to improve clarity, usability, and compliance.
Develop and maintain organizational documentation aligned with safety, environmental, and ISO standards.
Manage document control systems, including SharePoint site administration and version tracking.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure procedures reflect current practices.
Monitor legislative and standards updates to ensure documentation remains current and compliant
Required Skills and Competencies
Qualification in Process Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Assurance, or a related field is advantageous.
Solid experience creating clear, user-friendly documentation.
Proven background in document control and managing SharePoint sites.
Strong understanding of safety and environmental legislation compliance.
