The Financial Crime Operations (FCO) team is inviting expressions of interest from those who are keen to join our Financial Crime Services department in Analyst, Senior Analyst or Manager level roles.
FCO leads the Group’s operational response to AML/CTF and Sanctions risks, delivering shared services that protect our customers and community. We’re the frontline in detecting and preventing financial crime—driving smarter risk decisions and safeguarding the Group through our expertise and insights.
Our operations span key typologies including but not limited to:
- KYC & ECDD
- Transaction Monitoring (TM)
- Sanctions & Screening
- Suspicious Matter Reporting (SMR)
Expression of Interest:
As an Analyst, Senior Analyst or Manager, you’ll collaborate across teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll be expected to:
- Apply AML/CTF & Sanctions regulatory knowledge to your work.
- Investigate and assess events in line with SLAs and SOPs.
- Escalate risks promptly and accurately.
- Use CI tools to improve quality, simplify processes, and boost efficiency.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking.
- Skilled communicators across diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
- Passionate about making a difference in financial crime risk.
