We are currently seeking a sales motivated and customer-oriented Priority Officer to join our Sydney Airport team on a full time basis!

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver the business promise and expectations of the customer

  • Provide express pickup service to all Priority Members, delivering outstanding customer service to members and seek ways in which to improve their experience (offer additional services & products) 

  • Offer high standard of customer service to all other customers

  • Actively seek ways to provide exceptional service into the future

  • Ensure all loyalty / priority customers are served in an efficient and effective manner

To be considered, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail

  • Car rental experience is highly desirable

  • Customer focused mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset 

  • Confident using computer systems and technology 

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays

  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing) 

  • A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
