About the role
The BSC Sector Lead plays a critical role in driving growth and strategic engagement within the Building Service Contractor segment. This role is responsible for providing focused leadership, building sales team capabilities, and accelerating business development in a highly competitive market. The Sector Lead will work closely with key customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure Diversey’s solutions are effectively positioned and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the BSC sector, aligned with company goals.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Support and coach the sales team to enhance sector-specific capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report on sector performance, pipeline development, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Diversey at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or sector leadership, preferably in the facility services, hygiene, or chemical solutions industry.
Proven track record of strategic planning and business development in a competitive sector.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement and team development.
