Veterinary Technician Manager – 3rd Shift

Ocean State Veterinary Specialists (OSVS) is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead our dedicated overnight team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a talented team of veterinary technicians.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-quality patient care.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine policies, procedures, and hospital culture.
- Serve as a hands-on manager, stepping in to provide direct patient care as needed.
- Keep equipment maintained and operational.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of veterinary technician experience (Credentialed Technician preferred).
- Previous veterinary leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work 3rd shift, one weekend shift per week, and some holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to connect with both clients and staff.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A collaborative leader with a positive, professional attitude.
