WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Finance & Data Analytics, you’ll be at the center of decision-making, helping leadership see the full story behind the numbers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Sales Operations to track and interpret sales pipeline dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities that tie directly to financial goals.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
  • Maintain and update our operating model, connecting sales pipeline activity and operational metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders that shape sales strategy, operating decisions, and investment priorities.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis that answers urgent business questions and informs strategic moves.
  • Take on broader responsibilities as our division continues to grow, with increasing ownership and cross-functional visibility.

WHAT YOU BRING

You’ll thrive in this role if you are analytical, proactive, and energized by solving complex problems. To succeed, you should bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in B2B/SaaS or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU

  • Competitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.
  • A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: "Protecting families with compassion when others don’t."
  • An opportunity to unleash your expertise and create a lasting impact on our journey of growth and success!

WHY WE THINK YOU’LL LOVE THIS OPPORTUNITY

At MASA, our values—Accountability, Compassion, Customer Service Excellence, Trust, and Teamwork (ACCTT)—guide everything we do. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll see your work directly influence strategy at the divisional and executive levels. You’ll also enjoy:

  • Impact from day one. Your analysis won’t sit on a shelf—it will drive decisions about growth, investments, and priorities.
  • A supportive, growth-focused culture. With executive sponsorship and a structured hiring and onboarding strategy, we set you up for success and long-term development.
  • Flexibility and autonomy. This role is fully remote, giving you the space to do your best work while staying connected to a collaborative team.
  • A clear path to leadership. As our Group Benefits division scales, your role will expand, creating opportunities for you to take on more responsibility and visibility.

If you’re looking for a role where your skills, insights, and ideas will be valued—and where you’ll grow as fast as we do—this is the opportunity for you.
