ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

World Relief seeks a Partner Care Coordinator to work closely alongside our growing Partner Trust and Impact team to curate, resource, and support World Relief’s Strategic Engagement Division, delivering best-in-class partner care across the portfolio of current and prospective partners. The role will support the Partner Care strategy to “add value, build trust, and connect individuals and organizations to the mission of World Relief.” This role will have a strong emphasis around trip coordination and event planning. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trip Management
Assist with administrative functions of planning and executing partner trips (donors and prospective donors – individuals, churches, foundations and corporations – traveling to see our work).
Work with program staff to create agendas and budgets based on mutually agreed upon trip goals.
Assist with the communication between travelers and local World Relief office staff.
Create necessary collateral to recruit and inform trip participants, as well as support partners as they communicate about their trip back to their respective congregations/communities.
Collaborate with other departments who host partner trips as needed to align strategy and resources.
Assist in the training and resourcing of country offices in the trip planning process. oHelp build and/or revise partner trip processes and guidelines for fragile contexts.
Event Support
Administrative and technical support in the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to virtual webinars and in-person gatherings for individual, foundation, and corporate partners.
Represent World Relief at regional and national events, as needed.
Partner Care Collateral & Engagement
Create meaningful collateral for partners in each channel utilizing design templates and the assistance of content and design teams.
Develop new strategies for increasing engagement amongst partners, including researching new technological platforms and methods for providing best-in-class customer service (partner care).
Assist in the annual Partner Care planning process.
Engage and collaborate with the broader Partner Trust & Impact team to serve our partners at the highest level possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Mature and personal Christian faith
Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Asana a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-cultural settings
Great attention to detail and strong listening skills
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent internet research skills
Experience with word processor applications and image/video editing software
Passionate about donor engagement
Ability to travel both internationally and domestically to support local in-person events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service required, experience working directly with donors preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
A valid U.S. passport
1+ years’ experience in development, project management or relevant experience
Willingness to work 40 hours a week
