Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 hourly
Location: Remote, USA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Overview:
As the Bookkeeping Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing policy updates, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting customer satisfaction. This role involves processing policy contract changes and communicating updates to agents, policyholders, and internal teams. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled in data analysis, reporting, and customer communication.

Bookkeeping Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process policy contract changes with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate updates with agents, policyholders, and internal teams
• Analyze data and generate reports to track changes and ensure compliance
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Bookkeeping Specialist Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Proficiency in working with data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and internal systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and bookkeeping software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
