Position Overview:
At Limitless, our Patient Experience Managers are more than sales professionals—they are trusted guides, educators, and advocates for men’s health. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient, from the first conversation to ongoing care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, and personable, with a proven track record in sales and a genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.
Core Responsibilities
Patient Engagement & Sales
- Provide an unmatched level of service that builds trust and long-term patient relationships.
- Become a true product and service expert, confidently explaining all treatments, benefits, and processes to patients in a way that inspires action.
- Meet face-to-face with new and existing patients to guide them through their treatment journey, including program details and financial discussions.
- Present treatment recommendations in a consultative, solution-focused manner that aligns with patient goals.
Collaboration & Patient Experience
- Partner closely with clinical staff to ensure each patient’s visit is positive, efficient, and consistent with Limitless’ standards.
- Monitor patient adherence to their treatment plan, proactively following up if there is a deviation or missed payment.
- Support a seamless handoff between clinical and administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
Operations & Efficiency
- Manage patient records and scheduling using programs such as RXNT, Hubspot, and Quest.
- Order medications accurately and efficiently following clinic protocols.
- Create, track, and complete tasks promptly, maintaining exceptional organization and time management.
Requirements
Required:
- Proven sales experience with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and meaningfully with patients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with medical or wellness-related services.
