MG Properties is seeking a Senior Community Manager for help with our growing portfolio in the Sacramento Region!
This person will be responsible for building and training on-site teams, marketing the properties, overseeing and maintaining budgets, and all operational tasks to help the property they are assisting at thrive!
Qualifications
- Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
- Supervisory/management experience a must!
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Team building and effective management skills a must!
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
- $87,000-$97,000 annually
- Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
- Company profit sharing
- Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
