We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to join our team. This role would be a member of our corporate accounting team, primarily supporting the needs of our Built Solutions affiliate company.

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and process vendor payments
• Generate customer invoices and manage accounts receivable collections
• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Review multi-jurisdiction sales tax returns
• Audit and approve expense reports
• Manage fixed assets, including acquisitions, retirements, and depreciation
• Contribute to special projects and cross-departmental initiatives

 Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
