Alera Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner directly with the regional leadership team in supporting all HR areas for their region. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on HR support. Ideal candidate will sit in Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
The Senior HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy, while also working closely with the HRBP Director who oversees multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with regional leadership to provide guidance across all HR areas, including workforce planning, employee relations, organizational design, and talent development.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and guide leaders through performance and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and manage regional execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HRBP Director on regional priorities, while delegating transactional or administrative tasks to the HR Coordinator when appropriate.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated success as a strategic HRBP across multiple sites or states.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational design, compliance, and change management.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders while working independently in a dynamic, acquisitive environment.
- Skilled at balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Salary range: $112K to $125K
