We’re seeking a driven and personable Whole Home Comfort Consultant to lead clients through whole-home solutions—from blower door consultations to tailored comfort upgrades. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct blower door consultations and whole home assessments
- Review diagnostics with homeowners and recommend solutions
- Submit accurate proposals and manage projects through completion
- Collaborating with service technicians and support turnover training
- Promote our brand by living our Core Values
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching for continued growth
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Willingness to learn the Whole Home Comfort Consult process; including training that is completed outside of normal business hours
- Ability to run free leads and contribute to service department growth
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, and customer-focused
Training Provided:
- Blower door training, whole home assessments, sales coaching, and networking with other consultants.
Additional Info:
- May include warranty diagnostics on previous installations
- Some branches may require on-call rotation
- Could be subject to regional travel
