As a Temporary IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide technical support that keeps our staff connected and empowered to deliver services that change lives. You won’t just fix computers and troubleshoot technology—you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact.
What you’ll do:
- Respond promptly to IT help tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer, mobile, and software systems.
- Manage and track IT equipment inventory, ordering and deploying as needed.
- Support employees with access, email, and application issues.
- Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) for escalations and system management.
- Ensure data security, HIPAA compliance, and backup protocols are followed.
- Provide regular updates to the CFO and assist with special projects.

What you’ll bring:
- Tech support and troubleshooting experience (PC, Mac, tablets).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
