What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure product line success and team growth
• Manage the full lifecycle of new product development from concept to market release
• Apply technical expertise to integrate innovative features, resolve production challenges, and uphold quality standards
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction efforts, and ROI analysis for product and tooling initiatives
• Collaborate across sales, operations, marketing, and quality to align on goals and deliver customer focused solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering with leadership responsibilities
• Proven ability to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office, comfortable with hand and power tools

Compensation Range $120,000 - $160,000 per year
