SUMMARY
The Buffet Attendant plays a key role in delivering a serene and seamless dining experience. With a mindful approach to service, you will ensure our buffet areas are beautifully presented, replenished with nourishing offerings, and maintained with care and attention to detail. You will embody the Miraval philosophy by creating a welcoming environment that supports relaxation, connection, and conscious eating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
· Greet guests with warmth and authenticity, offering guidance and insight into our culinary offerings.
· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of buffet stations throughout service.
· Replenish food and beverage items promptly, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are upheld.
· Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support dietary needs and wellness-focused choices.
· Monitor guest flow and anticipate needs to ensure a tranquil and uninterrupted experience.
· Uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and Miraval’s commitment to excellence.
· Assist with setup and breakdown of buffet areas, contributing to a harmonious team environment.

A passion for hospitality and wellness.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with grace and mindfulness.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
