The Marketing Intern will contribute directly to Opry Entertainment's interactive, promotional, and advertising-based strategies to grow our audiences and purchasing customer base across our business units (Opry, Ryman Auditorium, and Ole Red). The summer internship will also focus on events and co-promotions in and around Nashville with key partners.
- Help drive initiatives to achieve audience growth goals through audience acquisition and lead generation. Manage sweepstakes rollouts (working with team to identify partnership opportunities, define plans and prizing details developing briefs, coordinating timelines and rollout plans), KPI tracking, and prize fulfillment. Assist in the coordination of partnership activation plans when applicable.
- Coordinate and/or assist in the development of various marketing-related projects including, but not limited to, creating project timelines and management, planning project needs, communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders, completing brand calendar updates, and providing project status updates.
- Conduct regular audits/reviews of marketing elements (websites social, in-venue), as well as third-party sites/, offers to help maintain brand messaging quality and consistency.
- Ensure fulfillment of exposure elements of sponsorship agreements and lead the coordination and execution for any sponsor-related requests.
- Additional projects: consumer insights research, onsite activation support for various events, promotional graphics prep, UTM creation, creation of campaign overview decks, general team support, and other duties as assigned - no two days are completely alike here!
